Victorian Residence
Designed for a founder with a deep sensitivity to beauty, history, and the pace of vision, this Victorian apartment is a living canvas layered with character. Realized in collaboration with a precision-minded partner, the home was reimagined through intuition, restraint, and quiet confidence.
Walls were reconfigured to open sightlines and invite in natural light. Ceilings were carefully restored, and a warm, muted palette was chosen to soften the tonal harshness of urban light. Sculptural pieces like the Confidential sofa by Alberto Rosselli and a reupholstered Lady chair by Marco Zanuso live alongside auction-found antiques and fresco-like wall treatments. The result is a layered sanctuary — where clarity, presence, and long-term vision unfold with ease.
A Stage for One
This project is a study in contrast — sculpted and raw, theatrical yet grounded. Designed for a creative force at the intersection of performance and philosophy, the space was envisioned as both sanctuary and stage. A place where contemporary living meets mythic undercurrent, where ancient drama and modern form coexist with quiet tension.
The layout was reimagined to center around a generous living space, while the kitchen was repositioned as a subtle transition zone. Materials carry the emotional weight of the design — green marble from Rajasthan, cast-in-place concrete, solid walnut, and stainless steel form a textural dialogue. Vintage Eames chairs by Vitra, a copper pendant lamp, and a lithograph by Alekos Fassianos root the space in art and era. With handcrafted details throughout — including a fluted base table and sculpted marble bench — the apartment feels like a distilled performance: precise, intentional, and timelessly expressive.
Nob Hill Residence

Set high above San Francisco in one of its most iconic enclaves, the Nob Hill Residence is a live-work sanctuary designed for a founder at the helm of bold ideas. This is not just a home — it’s a strategic space for deep focus, quiet creation, and high-integrity decision-making.
Crafted with elemental materials — hand-finished plaster, smoked oak, aged bronze — the residence offers spaces for both solitude and exchange. A salon for intimate gatherings, a library bathed in fog-filtered light, a worktable positioned for morning clarity. Every detail is meant to support a life of vision, rhythm, and purpose. A place where strategy rests, ideas rise, and the future is quietly shaped.
